Ongoing advice and compliance
We advise on applying employment legislation correctly, including the sector-wide collective agreements (convenios colectivos) that set binding minimum terms for your industry.
Most employment problems are cheaper to prevent than to resolve. The purpose of ongoing advice is that decisions about staff are made with the legal position clear beforehand, not established afterwards.
When something goes wrong
We also act for businesses in the more difficult situations: inspections by the Labour Inspectorate (Inspección de Trabajo), dismissals, and employment disputes.
These are the moments where the way a matter is handled in the first week determines how it ends. We advise on the approach, prepare what is needed, and act to protect the company's position.
